Edenly Advertising Campaign Terms
Effective Date: June 30, 2026
These Advertising Campaign Terms ("Campaign Terms") govern the purchase of advertising products through Edenly. By purchasing an advertising campaign or clicking "Agree," you agree to these Campaign Terms in addition to Edenly's general Terms of Service.
1. Advertising Products
Edenly currently offers the following advertising products:
- Guaranteed Impression Campaigns: Guaranteed delivery of the purchased number of advertising impressions.
- Sponsored Hangout Decisions™ Campaigns: Guaranteed delivery of the purchased number of Invitees.
For purposes of these Campaign Terms, an Invitee is each Edenly user who is invited to an event created within Edenly, including the user who creates the event. Each user counts as one (1) Invitee.
2. Charter Advertiser Lifetime Discounts
Certain advertising packages include a Charter Advertiser Lifetime Discount.
A Charter Advertiser Lifetime Discount permanently reduces the price your business pays for future qualifying purchases of the applicable advertising product compared to Edenly's then-current standard pricing for advertisers who do not have a Charter Advertiser Lifetime Discount.
Lifetime discounts are tracked separately for each advertising product.
Accordingly:
- A lifetime discount earned for Ad Campaigns applies only to future Ad Campaign purchases.
- A lifetime discount earned for Sponsored Hangout Decisions™ Campaigns applies only to future Sponsored Hangout Decisions™ Campaign purchases.
Lifetime discounts are associated with the business account that purchased the qualifying package and apply automatically to future qualifying purchases made through that business account.
Lifetime discounts:
- remain associated with the applicable business account;
- are not transferable to another business or account;
- may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash;
- have no cash value; and
- may not be combined with another lifetime discount for the same advertising product unless Edenly expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Edenly may change its standard pricing for Ad Campaigns and Sponsored Hangout Decisions™ Campaigns at any time. Your Charter Advertiser Lifetime Discount will continue to apply to Edenly's then-current standard pricing for the applicable advertising product.
3. Delivery Guarantee
Edenly guarantees delivery of the purchased campaign quantity.
For Guaranteed Impression Campaigns, the guaranteed quantity is the purchased number of advertising impressions.
For Sponsored Hangout Decisions™ Campaigns, the guaranteed quantity is the purchased number of Invitees.
If the purchased campaign quantity has not been delivered within six (6) months after the Campaign Start Date, you may choose either to:
- continue the campaign until the remaining quantity has been delivered; or
- receive a refund for the undelivered portion of the campaign.
The Campaign Start Date is the date Edenly first makes your campaign eligible for delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Many campaigns are expected to be completed within approximately three (3) to six (6) months.
This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Campaign delivery depends on platform activity, available inventory, advertiser settings, and user engagement.
5. What Is Guaranteed
Edenly guarantees only:
- the purchased number of advertising impressions; or
- the purchased number of Invitees, depending on the advertising product purchased.
Edenly does not guarantee:
- clicks;
- event attendance;
- leads;
- conversions;
- sales;
- revenue;
- return on investment;
- audience demographics;
- audience interests;
- ministry participation;
- friend engagement signals; or
- completion within any specific timeframe.
6. Campaign Delivery
Edenly determines how campaigns are delivered across the platform.
Campaign placement, pacing, targeting, scheduling, and delivery methods may change over time as Edenly improves its products and services, provided Edenly continues working toward delivering the purchased campaign quantity.
7. Advertiser Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have permission to use all submitted advertising content;
- your advertising complies with all applicable laws; and
- your advertising complies with Edenly's advertising policies.
Edenly may reject, suspend, modify, or remove advertising that violates these requirements.
8. Campaign Reporting
Campaign fulfillment will be determined exclusively using Edenly's internal reporting systems.
Those records are the official measurement for determining campaign fulfillment.
9. Refund Policy
If, after six (6) months from the Campaign Start Date, the purchased campaign quantity has not been delivered, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the campaign.
Refunds are calculated on a proportional basis according to the undelivered quantity.
Refunds are not available based on campaign performance, business results, advertiser satisfaction, or changes in marketing strategy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edenly's total liability relating to any advertising campaign shall not exceed the amount paid for that campaign.
Edenly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or anticipated advertising performance.
11. Changes to These Terms
Edenly may update these Campaign Terms from time to time. Updates will apply only to campaigns purchased after the updated terms become effective unless otherwise required by law.
12. Acceptance
By purchasing an advertising campaign or clicking "Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Advertising Campaign Terms.
